Sunday openings where you can enjoy the museum but the engine will not run. Tickets available on the door on the day. There may sometimes be bookable tickets here for special tours. Sunday 29th March to Sunday 10th October 2026 inclusive, but please check back here for latest information. (Please note that our closing date has changed, due to operational reasons, from the previously published date of 15th November). Excluding Steaming Days, but please check our website for latest information. Static Viewing will usually coincide with our Sensory-Friendly Sundays.
